Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed even on weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll notify you of any delays via email.

 

Shipping Options and Rates

  • Free UK Shipping: Enjoy complimentary tracked shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom.
  • Free Europe Shipping: Take advantage of free tracked shipping for all orders within Europe.
  • Free Australia Shipping: NEW and only for a litmited time! We now also ship for free to our Australian customers!
  • International Shipping (Tracked): For orders outside of Europe and Australia, tracked shipping is available at a flat rate of 8 GBP.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Delivery Aim: 2-3 working days.

  • Europe Delivery Aim: 3-5 working days.

  • Worldwide Delivery Aim: 6-7 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as customs clearance and local postal services.


Import Costs

Customers should be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders. Sunsitiva is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns

We want you to love your Sunsitiva swimwear! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For bikini bottoms and swimsuits, the hygiene sticker must not be removed; otherwise, we cannot accept the item for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sunsitiva.com with your order number and reason for return.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sunsitiva.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
