Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible via info@sunsitiva.com or contact us via our contact form. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process your refund. If the parcel is already on its way to you, you can simply return it and will receive your refund as soon as it's back with us.

If you need to return an item, it must be in its original, unworn condition with the hygiene sticker still in place for bottoms and swimsuits. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly once we receive the item and have assessed its condition.
